Yesterday, the first of the usually two annual CAS Bulletins of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS/TAS) in Lausanne got published. You can access CAS Bulletin 2018/1 freely via this URL: https://www.tas-cas.org/fileadmin/user_upload/Bulletin_2018_01.pdf and should do so, as it is a must read for anyone interested in Sports Law and includes several selected decisions of the Tribunal fédéral/Swiss Federal Tribunal/Schweizerische Bundesgericht.
The latter have a significant influence on Commercial Arbitration in Switzerland as well.

Then a major part features eleven Leading Decisions. Therein included is the decision CAS 2016/A/4839 Anna Chicherova v. International Olympic Committee (IOC) issued 6 October 2017. The Panel consisted of Judge Mark Williams SC (Australia) as President of our Panel and the other Arbitrators Dr. Dominik Kocholl (Austria) and Mr. Mark Hovell (United Kingdom). We are happy to have contributed to a small part of the lex sportiva.
